Mark your calendars for the Graze Annual Member Meeting - April 22 at 6pm! This is our most important gathering of the year—a time to celebrate our milestones, review our impact, and look toward the future. More details and RSVP here: graze.coop/annual-meeting

🎣 Seafood for the Season

As many of our members shift their diets for the spring season—whether for Lent or simply a lighter, seasonal pivot—we’re highlighting two of our favorite sustainable catches:

Iliamna Fish Co. wild-caught cod: Flaky and versatile for tacos or baking. 🌮

Rogotzke Fish Co. sustainably-sourced salmon: Rich in Omega-3s, perfect for grilling or pan-searing. 🍲

We’re excited to welcome local artisans, bakers, and makers for co-op pop-ups! Here’s who you can find popping up at Graze in March and April!

Saturday, April 4: Ribizli Seed Co. 🌶️ 
A Minnesota small business curating a seed catalog and supply of dried goods that blend Hungarian and Midwestern staples.
Saturday, April 11: Mrs. B’s Bakery 🧁
A home-based bakery specializing in delicious gluten and dairy-friendly treats made with care.

Graze is built on the vision and dedication of its members. To help steer our co-op toward our 2026 goals, we are in need of additional Board Members! Serving on the board is a meaningful way to influence the strategic direction of the co-op, advocate for local food systems and sustainability, and connect with fellow community leaders. Store Hours:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 2 PM - 6 PM

  • Saturdays: 9 AM - 12 PM
