🎣 Seafood for the Season
As many of our members shift their diets for the spring season—whether for Lent or simply a lighter, seasonal pivot—we’re highlighting two of our favorite sustainable catches:
Iliamna Fish Co. wild-caught cod: Flaky and versatile for tacos or baking. 🌮
Rogotzke Fish Co. sustainably-sourced salmon: Rich in Omega-3s, perfect for grilling or pan-searing. 🍲

A Minnesota small business curating a seed catalog and supply of dried goods that blend Hungarian and Midwestern staples.
Saturday, April 11: Mrs. B’s Bakery 🧁
A home-based bakery specializing in delicious gluten and dairy-friendly treats made with care.

Serving on the board is a meaningful way to influence the strategic direction of the co-op, advocate for local food systems and sustainability, and connect with fellow community leaders.
