🌟 Co-op Pop-up Vendors
We’re excited to welcome local artisans, bakers, and makers for co-op pop-ups! Here’s who you can find popping up at Graze in February and March!
Saturday, February 28: YULA [formerly Herbal Beauty] 🧴
Beauty products made with 100% natural ingredients—always high-quality, fair trade, organic, and sustainably sourced.
Saturday, March 7: The Crust & Crumb Cottage 🍞
Nestled in the heart of Mankato, their small, artisan bakery is all about creating wholesome, handcrafted sourdough bread with love and care.
☀️ Spring Refresh
We’re currently giving Graze a bit of a glow-up, rearranging and refreshing displays to make your shopping experience even better! These changes are all about putting our local makers front and center—giving the incredible products from our neighbors the spotlight they deserve.
🌽 Celebrate National CSA Week!
Buying a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) share from a local farm is a great way to support local farmers while bringing home fresh, high-quality foods. Many farms in our community offer CSAs - offering everything from fruits to vegetables to fresh cut flowers. Visit the Minnesota Grown website to learn more about participating in a CSA and how to sign up!
🗳️ Help Shape Our Future: Join the Board
Graze is built on the vision and dedication of its members. To help steer our co-op toward our 2026 goals, we are in need of additional Board Members! Serving on the board is a meaningful way to influence the strategic direction of the co-op, advocate for local food systems and sustainability, and connect with fellow community leaders. Interested in learning more? Email contact@graze.coop for more information, or fill out a Board Member application here.
