May 2026 Newsletter

As the warmth of May settles in, the co-op is buzzing with the energy of a new growing season and the exciting momentum following our recent annual meeting!

🗓️ Annual Member Meeting Recap

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Annual Member Meeting last month! It was truly inspiring to see such a great turnout and to celebrate the shared success that makes our co-op thrive. The absolute highlight of the evening was announcing our inaugural member dividend payout—a direct reflection of our collective growth and the vital support you provide to our local food system!

For those who qualified for a dividend, please check your inbox for an individual notification sent back in April. Your checks will be available for pickup at the store through Tuesday, July 21. If you would prefer to reinvest in our mission, you also have the option to donate your dividend back to the co-op by simply reaching out to contact@graze.coop.

If you weren’t able to make it or simply want to dive deeper into our progress over the last year, you can find the full details and financial highlights in our FY 2025 Annual Report. A recap of the meeting was also featured on the front page of the April 24 edition of the New Ulm Journal; Graze Food Co-op Reports Strong Year.

🗳️ Welcome to New Board Members!

We are thrilled to officially welcome Brady Murphy and Zach Bernardson to our Board of Directors! Voted in during the annual meeting, they join our current board members—Amy Gulden, Jessica Wesselmann, and Krystle Weymann—in driving our mission and long-term goals forward. As we enter this encouraging new chapter for Graze, we look forward to the fresh perspectives they bring and all that we will accomplish together in the coming year.
