Progress on the new location! 1st South Minnesota Street (former Subway location)
Location update: We’ve made great progress on the new space, and it’s starting to feel like home! Updated electrical, wallpaper removal, fresh paint, and some minor demolition have all taken place over the last couple of weeks. This month we plan to tackle cleaning and moving inventory so we can be set up and ready to open in July (opening date TBD - we will remain open in our current location as long as possible!). We could still use your help to get us through the home stretch! Please email nucmarket@gmail.com if you are interested in helping and/or donating! Get Involved: We are in need of cashiers and board members! We need friendly faces to join our cashier team, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for everyone. Additionally, we're looking for dedicated individuals to step up and become board members, helping shape the future of our member-owned cooperative. Lend your skills, meet new people, and share your love of local food! Fill out the form on our website and let us know how you’d like to get involved!
Mark your calendars: Our doors are open for shopping on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-6 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM. Don't miss out on the opportunity to shop for fresh, local, organic food while supporting a member-owned cooperative that's deeply rooted in our community. Member Appreciation Day is June 20th, and be sure to also pick up one of our NEW Punch Cards!
